I am most passionate about my integrity – and doing the best I can for our clients. I take pride in knowing the science of restoration when serving our clients – and helping them to better understand what we do and why. I am proud of my continual education – and having attained the status of Triple Master Restorer through the IICRC.

I find it extremely rewarding to be the first point of contact and to work with the adjusters to make the process easier and smoother. Most of all, I love using the leadership skills I learned in the army and throughout my career to train and lead technicians on our team.
